To keep team morale high while integrating new robotics technologies, we can: Encourage Open Communication: Involve the team in discussions about the benefits and challenges of the new technology, and give them a chance to share their thoughts and concerns. Provide Training and Support: Ensure the team is comfortable with the new tools by offering hands-on training, mentorship, and resources. Create a Collaborative Environment: Foster teamwork by organizing brainstorming sessions and project planning meetings, where everyone feels valued and involved.

Remove the stigma that automation/robotics will take away positions within the company. If integrated properly, innovation empowers a team to do more. Overall improvements will drive the operation to scale and create more opportunities for growth and professional development.
-
Include Gaming in the problem statement. It will help in developing new ways of resolving the problem with challanging the development team in entertaining ways.
-
Maintaining high morale within a team is driven by shared passions and aligned goals. When team members are equally passionate and focused on a common purpose, positivity flows naturally. A strong, skilled team with the right mindset will always pave the way for meaningful impact.

So many people are approaching us saying: Aha… you are the folks working on the exciting topics! But Innovation is a pain in a majority of the time working towards success. It needs passion, commitment and resilience. I am keeping up the moral by pushing the team members into the spotlight when something is being well perceived and stepping forward myself in case ‘tension’ is getting somehow tangible. I am not the boss, rather than an enabler, a deescalator, and the one with the biggest helmet people may slab on in case of failures. This is very well perceived. They have the psychological safety that whatever happens, I am here to support rather than raise the finger or similar.
