Yes. 1) Firstly, to navigate diverse feedback among a larger team, every opinion should be entertained as SPOC, as no member should have a debate among each other. To have this, the team should feel the authority inside you. 2) Summarise on every question. It should be the duty of the host taking the team meet to avoid conflict of interest. 3) Every opinion should be noted by someone, so that S/He feels important too.

Creating the balance between diverse team feedback & project vision, careful management & structured decision making is required while keeping the project end goal in mind to avoid delays. In my experience, you need to b sure that everyone involved fully understands the project’s overall objective. When you are sure on that then clearly communicate the desired outcomes along with the strict timelines. By giving strict timelines, each person will give refined perspectives rather than raw ideas. And then evaluation will get easy in terms of relevance and feasibility. Most important point to put on the client's table is to maintain flexibility. While the vision is important, be open to adapting it if team feedback uncovers better approaches.

Clarity is key! It is paramount to success. The leader must review the requirements and then review them again. If complicated, bullet point each aspect and clarify them one by one. Ask for team feedback to be sure that everyone is on the same page. Re-clarify where needed. Miscommunication is often the cause of missteps. Only after completing the clarification of the actual goals can the team begin to work on achieving them. Along the way, meet daily to verify that everyone is on track.Remove stumbling blocks immediately. The leader's role is to reduce stress and to ease the way to a successful outcome.
