Avoid heavy design elements unless you’re certain the resume will go directly to a recruiter or hiring manager; in that case, tools like Canva can enhance aesthetics (Not suggested). Even then, keep the design understated to maintain a professional look. Ultimately, emphasize content quality over design—highlight accomplishments, skills, and relevant experience to create a compelling, easy-to-read resume that communicates your value effectively.
