You're navigating complex construction projects. How do you overcome common challenges as a civil engineer?

Working with one of the largest builders in the country one of my responsibilities was to make sure during Land Development that the master drainage plan was followed to the letter. The A and B drainage plans and the A and B combo plans had to be right. I always be on a shadow of a doubt made sure that our silk fences were in place we did not violate any environmental codes. I always made sure that the safety people were there to train all the employees who were working moving dirt and getting the roads ready and sewers ready. Reuniones diaria por equipos al entrar y salir de turno, no solo para designar el trabajo si no para motivar y animar al equipo, acentuar siempre la seguridad y las metas del trabajo para ese turno.
