The epitomy of cloud native applications is to build them in a way that's csp-blind; in other words, the same application can with minimum config/interventions run in various CSPs. This depends a lot on the nature of the application and each one is unique but one could say that the compute parts "should" be containerized. Containers are universal and it's as close one could come to a guarantee that the app will work in all CSPs. Another trick is to avoid managed PaaS. Do you need Redis? Deploy it in a container! Do you need Postgres? Likewise! In the end of the day, you might end up running a cloud environment as if it was on-prem, but there's a give and take and you need to decide what's most important for you.
