Mid-career adjustments are essential to continued success. For a project manager, the key is to keep learning. Study Agile if you haven't already, study waterfall if you haven't already (it's not going away). I study AI and cybersecurity. These are the hot fields, and you can stimulate more interest in your profile and make yourself more valuable to your current client. Look into industries in which you have little or no experience. The climate of the industry can affect the tools and processes that project professionals use. Reach out to a colleague on LinkedIn and interview them (briefly); share with them your perspective. It can jump-start your brain and allow you to look at the world through other's eyes.
