I think it's important to regularly evaluate key performance indicators including satisfaction, communication effectiveness and resolution rates. If the organisation is able to link these indicators to the voice of client, it might be possible to identify the gaps. Ensuring that feedback tools are easily accessible to employees is crucial because transparency can be a driving factor to change or performance enhancement. Furthermore, examining trends over time reveals areas in need of improvement. I'd recommend to exercise frequent employee feedback, share those responses and encourage open dialog to challenge gaps positively. When everyone is working as a unit towards a common goal, then you know it's working.

Además, representan la oportunidad perfecta para tratar temas que las encuestas no han cubierto, así como un espacio en el que abordar directamente los problemas que sufren los empleados más insatisfechos.
