I’m going to keep this really simple because the recipe for success here is not complicated…be open and value the diversity. Be open to new ideas, be open to new perspectives, never shut down comments or collaborations that differ from your paradigm and vehemently defend all members of the team…in other words, don’t allow anyone to feel ostracized because they shared a perspective, thought, or direction. Doing this over time will inherently lead to cohesion and trust amongst the team without folks feeling like just because their idea wasn’t executed, it wasn’t valuable.

it is very tough to manage diverse team but it is not impossible if have skills to handle workforce diversity. sometime people comes from different backgrounds and their working style is differ from each and other. set rules and regulations of your organization and with the passage of time any changes required promptly do it, and impose it on every gender. if understand that team need some training then arrange training workshops and motivate them about team work. do not allow any one to go out of rules. define goals in front of team members and received their feedbacks. gives prize of their effort and builds trust between them.

I think the diversity is positive point to see the topic from many points of view, if you have learned your team that the success of one team member is a success of all then the gap will be disappeared .
