Eliminating any personal bias, myopic perspectives and politics is the next step. Lastly ensuring that every valid and useful insight is to be accommodated irrespective of who has given such input. Let them both present their position to me and then the steering committee. So they are both heard. I make a recommendation but the steering committee makes the mgt decision. No games and no politics.
