Make sure everyone knows and follows these rules. Training for Everyone: Offer training to coaches, staff, and players on how to respect and understand people from different backgrounds, including LGBTQ+. Open Conversations: Create spaces where LGBTQ+ individuals can talk openly about their experiences and help make the program more inclusive.

It's paramount to educate the people and participants of the programme. Along with educating people, providing a welfare platform to all participants, where they can reach out in case of incidences of abuse or harassment.

By ensuring that you create a culture that is welcoming, inclusive and safe for everyone, no matter someone’s gender identity or sexual orientation. I would start by engaging the community and understanding what they need to thrive. This could be educating various stakeholders on LGBTQ+ inclusion, updating policies, telling stories in an impactful way and showing that that you don’t stand for any type on discrimination. Avoid rainbow washing and if you do want to show your support, make sure you support and narrative with the community is strong.
