Even if an organization is an IT provider GURU, and have strategic vendor relationships, and despite the importance of such partnerships, it will reach a stage where selling products and services becomes a challenge unless the company is on the innovation track. This brings us to a conclusion that innovation should be the shield that embraces IT products supporting them with cutting-edge technologies and automation, which will facilitate the organization marketshare stability and growth. In other words, an organization must oversee the need of innovation otherwise it will turn into an elephant with heavy burden, which will be facing difficulty to move forward without the need to get rid of the rider!
