Los pilares para una buena comunicación con equipos remotos son: 1. Uso de herramientas adecuadas para cada tarea: No utilices el correo para todo. Combínalo con herramientas para gestionar tareas, planificar proyectos, mantener grupos de trabajo, etc. 2. Team building. Busca actividades que fomenten el contacto entre los distintos miembros del equipo y que incluso sean ajenas al trabajo. Una muy útil es el coffee break: una reunión diaria de 15 minutos donde está prohibido hablar de trabajo. 3: Claridad. Sé claro en las reuniones, seguimientos, objetivos, alcance, etc. Es imprescindible que todo el mundo maneje la misma información para evitar confusiones y suspicacias.
