In project management, normally, we avoid to take risk because the impact on cost and time and both are unacceptable to management. But sometimes we took calculated risk at the expense of cost or in other words costly decision to achieve the critical milestone for stakeholder satisfaction and at the interest of the project and to balance the management expectation, stakeholder satisfaction and secure project objectives.
