After signing contracts with suppliers, it's important to monitor and control procurement to guarantee it's delivered on time, within budget, and up to quality standards. You should communicate regularly with suppliers and stakeholders to track progress and status, inspect and test products or services to verify they meet expectations and requirements, document and report any issues or changes from contracts, resolve them promptly and effectively, evaluate performance and value of suppliers using KPIs and feedback mechanisms, and close the contracts upon successful completion.
