That’s where I focus my attention immediately. On the flip side, something like a dripping faucet might seem minor now, but if left unchecked, it could lead to a much bigger problem down the line. I’ve found that leveraging digital tools helps automate prioritization, but at the end of the day, it’s human experience and understanding of tenant needs that drives the final decision.
