To help, I adjust my communication style based on their personalities, giving direct feedback to those who can handle it, and a gentler tone for sensitive team members. For less experienced members Secondly, I focus on specific, actionable advice, to help them focus on the necessary areas. It's tempting to give feedback that's biased by your own personality and experiences. It's always useful to step back and ask yourself if this could be the case. Try not to give feedback that's tailored to making the person become more like you. Recognise that each team member has unique strengths, and rather give them feedback that empowers them to become the best version of themselves.

Being a Founder/ Creative Director of a Non - Governmental Organization for 10 years now and counting, I can say with facts and data, that personnel feedback truly boosts productivity among team members. Understand each person's unique ability, strength and challenge. You can't be a good leader if you don't make an effort to know them. When you get to know your team members, it helps in knowing the tone and words to use when giving them feedback on task done. Everyone appreciates being spoken to in words, tone and language they understand. To get the best out of your team, get to know them so that feedback isn't generalized but personalized, and with a slice of kindness always.

I believe it's important to recognize that everyone learns and grows differently. When giving feedback, I'd focus on each team member’s strengths while addressing areas for improvement in a way that aligns with their personal style. Whether it’s through actionable points or more encouragement-based feedback, it’s all about helping them succeed in their unique way.
