Para decidir qué tareas priorizar en un proyecto de construcción cuando contamos con recursos limitados realizamos las siguientes actividades: 1.- Identificar las tareas específicas que tienen un impacto directo en el cumplimiento de plazos, presupuesto y calidad. 2. -Determinar las actividades que están supeditadas a otras o que podrían causar un retraso importante si no se completan a tiempo. 3.-Optimizar el uso de los recursos. Priorizar las labores que requieran menos recursos o aquellas en las que pueda reasignarlos de manera eficiente sin comprometer la calidad del trabajo. 4.-Involucrar al equipo en el proceso de priorización de tareas. 5.-Mantener un monitoreo continuo del progreso del proyecto.
