My methods with conflict are simple, All attend a face to face meeting if possible, if not, Teams “cam on” so you can communicate effectively, Upon meeting, make it crystal clear the reason for the meeting for example ( escalation xxx) Once the meeting has began articulate the situation in more depth and clarify the reason for todays meeting is to gain to a specific goal, example might be (clear collaboration, resolve conflicts ) This allows the team to be prepared with tangible feedback and ideas Listen to the team and ask questions on how you can all input into creating a healthy collaborative working environment with a successful metric and goal Clear goal clear resolution
