I used to split this in two parts 1st collecting feedback with de decisionmakers during Quarterly business reviews, writing down in a CRM/ always based on the feedback and next steps defined during the previous calls. ranking them as Good bad and ugly 2nd the NPS is kind of automated and directly linked (for Saas) to the product / interface. the manual actions are linked to scores below a 7/10 and (maybe curious) but the 9 and 10/10 because there is always room for improvement and users that are happy with your solution will give you constructive feedback. Lots of tools are focussing on NPS and more and more CRM got this part included by default. I'm still a big fan of Planhat that combined the 2 aspects

None of these really are "closing" tools, they're more top and mid funnel. Closing is about a salesperson and a buyer (or buyers) coming to agreement. You're way past videos and posts, dialers, CRMs, engagement tools. This is all about credibility and expertise in solving challenges, and the willingness of the prospect to walk down a recommended path to solve those challenges. Best tool, a good salesperson.
