In my experience I’ve seen so many companies trying to integrate a new performance management software when there already is an existing software. In most cases different systems are added to the process because there isn’t a system to cater for all out needs to manage effectively or we simply are not knowledgeable enough to use the software to its full advantage. This has brought on a lot more admin and duplication of information which creates frustration and leads to employers not effectively managing performance through a software designed to do so because their staff see it as a duplicated admin task and do not fully utilise or update the software as they should
