Don’t overcomplicate project management. Unless you are in a large organisation. Keep it simple and easy. A shared, collaborative spreadsheet with four columns. ToDo, Doing, Done and Do Later. Write the actions down then simply move then along as you assess them or get them done. Walk before you run. As your teams and project sizes evolve, only then more to more complex platforms like MS Project or whatever. Don’t let the tool overshadow the project you’re trying to get done ????
