If you want to create an educational game in literally a day or two. You should look into Construct 3 or even develop it using Unity visual scripting. Of course if you want something more robust and have higher requirements; use actual Unity or Unreal Engine. If it's a 2d game though, I wouldn't use unreal or unity, too much hassle. Godot is amazing for 2d game development.

Con juegos educativos es mucho mas importante que las mecanicas esten entretenidas, que el juego no caiga en ser una "clase", que tengas personajes y objetivos interesantes. La verdad, si tienes una muy buena propuesta para un juego educativo, que hoy estan teniendo mucho auge, yo lo haria en Roblox, no tanto por el motor, que si es muy beno, sino por el alcance de la plataforma.
