Tener una visión clara de lo que se quiere lograr con un proyecto de EdTech es crucial, ya que este debe compartirse posteriormente al equipo, de manera que todos tengan visión compartida. Previamente se tiene claro el problema o necesidadque se quiere resolver, describir claramente la solución, tomando en cuenta el producto, servicio o plataforma, definir el público objetivo, establecer objetivos claros y concisos (SMART), tener en cuenta las métricas. Ya luego al tener equipo, comunicar la visión y los objetivos, estar abierto a sugerencias, comentarios y regularmente revisar y actualizar la visión y objetivos entre todos. De esta manera tendr?as un equipo tecnológico exitoso.

Para elegir roles y habilidades adecuados, hay que hacerlo de cara a un análisis del proyecto para identificar las diferentes áreas de trabajo y articularlas con los roles y habilidades pertinentes. Pasar al momento de reclutamiento y selección con un plan en mano garantiza realizar entrevistas adecuadas y seleccionar a los candidatos por competencias ya analizadas. No olvidar, tener disponible el plan de formación para dar orientaciones sobre la visión, el proyectos y contenidos innovadores que enriquecerán aún más sus habilidades. Motivar al equipo como un proceso.

Que la colaboración esté enmarcada en la reciprocidad y el trabajo cooperativo, con roles claros y que puedan ser rotativos para que todos tengan la oportunidad de liderazgo y corresponsabilidad, elogiar y reconocer en público, hacer llamados de atención en privado. Fomentar la creatividad y la imaginación dando oportunidad para que los miembros propongan, experimenten y lidericen.
