Para mi un equipo de Sistemas debería trabajar con Kanban, un método que ayuda a centrarse en gestionar y mejorar el flujo de entrega de valor. Este método de trabajo tiene una herramienta muy potente que es Limitar el trabajo en Curso (Limites WIP). Estos límites ayudan a configurar el flujo poniendo el foco en la entrega de valor y no en que las personas estén ocupadas. De esta manera puede ocurrir que una persona no tenga nada que hacer durante un tiempo, se acabe aburriendo, y la consecuencia sea que busque algo para hacer que suele ser ayudar a los compa?eros. Es difícil asumir que la productividad va a subir teniendo tiempos muertos pero es la manera de ayudar a que las personas se enfoquen en acabar cosas en vez de en empezar.
