My advice: regularly reflect on your actions and their impact—it sharpens your leadership and strengthens your team.

In my opinion, emotional insights are fundamental for effective leadership. Therefore, I suggest looking at a therapy section to get a good psychologist or psychiatrist.

En fait, la communication est un aspect central de la gestion de projet. Une bonne communication autour du projet permet un management optimal des équipes à travers des objectifs clairs, rythmés et partagés. Elle permet de lutter contre le flou et le non-dit, en favorisant les remontées du terrain. Elle permet au final de développer la performance du projet, en identifiant le plus t?t possible les risques. Ultimately, if we also have the trust of our team and stand behind all your decisions, the team will recognize the positive intention behind each of our actions, too.

I think self awareness is the root of conflict resolution, communication and more. If you are aware of your flaws and strengths and you can observe them without judgement, notice them as they rise and fall and not them impede or stand in your way , then you can do the same for others. Communicate what is going on clearly , call it out bravely and resolve it fairly.
