As a first step as leader I need to practice the values and live by them every moment. As a leader my team will look up to me on my adaption of culture. We need talk about in a balance way and inculcate the same deeper. It's important that we explain on why we have the values.
There are different ways to communicate and reinforce team values, which include: 1. Consistent and open dialogue through team meetings, 1-on-1 , workshops, and informal gatherings allows team members to exchange ideas, share experiences, and voice their questions and concerns. 2. Understanding Diverse Perspectives: By fostering an environment where questions are welcomed and diverse opinions are heard, the team can gain a richer understanding of its culture and values. 3. Developing Team Leaders and Role Models 4. Sharing concrete transaction examples and walking through the decision-making process behind them can provide a practical demonstration of the team's values in action.
Ethics, discipline, Transparency & Clarity in communication. Leading on the front with the above will create a strong and a non bias working enviorment which will be prime to set and achieve the goal

Get everyone in the boat! A rising tide lifts all boats. No one on your team should be considered "Junior" or remain at the bottom. Simply because an individual leads a team does not mean everything should funnel up to the top. Spread the success with your entire team and success will multiply.

Celebrate, reward, safe-guard and protect the courageous salt and light and whistle-blowers for their fortitude and fight against counter-clandestine-culture. Reject, renounce the vices. Build a culture to say “I’m sorry” and make room for rehabilitative reform to learn from failings. Build a cohesive culture unafraid to make mistakes and promote individual and team development focused on the values, mission, goal to reaffirm, reinforce and remunerate consistent contributions to company, community, country, continents, creations.
