The key to managing a music team is creating an environment where cooperation comes naturally. I see to it that every voice is heard, regardless of how minor or significant the concept. We put our egos aside and concentrate on what will benefit the music the most. Since honest feedback is essential to our growth, I strongly believe in both giving and receiving it. As a leader one must possess a complete knowledge about the specific field.(Music) Being a visionary leader the relevant skill set is of prime importance. The leader always play a significant role in engaging the teams and developing interest of the team members towards a task. Having a vision and a mission one can reach the heights. To bring the team members closer and keeping them aligned the following must be followed:. 1). A defined vision accompanied with a clear mission. 2). The goal or the agenda. 3). Why the collaboration is important. 4). What are the benefits and the rewarding systems. 5). How can their mutual efforts contribute towards the achievement.

Cultural relativism is a multifaceted moral, ethical, and social outlook on the standards amongst other cultures! This skill is vital in today's zeitgeist and we need it to respect everyones individuality! Everyone has a seperate empiricism (experience learning) and humanism (Moral value and 'common' humility) that shapes them into who they are as a person today and we need to acknowledge that, accept it and embrace it! I would like my peers to adopt the mindset of: 'I could learn something new from them!'

I’ve often shared how encouraging a culture of experimentation within a team has sparked some of the most game-changing moments across different genres and areas of the music world. Experimentation, to me, is all about bringing together different talents, even those who wouldn’t normally collaborate. Collaboration is one of those experiments that almost always leads to something positive—it helps creatives step outside their comfort zones, and more often than not, it results in magic. Plus, for those still climbing the ladder, working with established artists is a huge growth opportunity. It’s a win-win for everyone involved.
