Muitas vezes, especialmente na área de meio ambiente, realizamos algumas atividades de forma mecanica e burocrática, conforme alguém nos orientou e disse que era a melhor forma de ser feito, e n?o há questionamentos sobre se aquela é realmente a melhor forma, e se n?o há perda de tempo e dinheiro no processo. If I had to pick one overall skill to be an expert in (I'm continuing to learn and develop still to this day) the importance would be focused on communication. This includes the day-to-day micro-scale to macro-scale communication to individuals, the team, clients, and beyond. Being able to sell and execute a work plan, business case, etc. effectively is key to achieving any personal, peer, organizational, and client success. Also, communication would include providing objective and fair technical critique which helps to improve and optimize our current work processes. This skill also also the handling and resolution of conflicts, to not only solve the problem at hand, but to also to identify learning moments that will help us in the future.
