App Integrations: Enhance functionality with apps like Trello or Asana. Task Automation: Streamline processes with Power Automate, another powerful tool.

Make sure the Scope includes SMART goals in your document...very important. SMART is a simple method to ensure all key components are listed, being Specific in your goal is also important; otherwise, teams can easily stray off on other paths.

Work breakdown structure is effective as the task to be carried out is structured in a systematic manner to enable flow (pull) e.g. changing out an engine on Haul truck, when radiator and engine is removed; you ensure that the hoses on chassis are removed and replaced and properly secured before the engine is fitted back. It is safer and more efficient and neater to carry out this task than when engine is in place. When assembling you always work in a backwards process of removal to installation of components.

In my experience I found that Gantt Charts are a quick and easy way for the team or personnel working across shifts to see the progress of work completed and outstanding. Gantt Charts are visual and usually placed on board in the work area and should be updated correctly at the end of every shift to give a correct job state. This helps when validating, auditing and assessing gaps for continuous improvements.

Communication tools performance must be clearly identified for safety work. Knowledge of their use, the risks and that the malfunction or absence of there would represent.
