Here are a few strategies that have worked for me: 1. Partner Up: Collaborate with small or big brands to expand your reach without blowing your budget. Cross-brand partnerships are fun and energize the team. 2. Move Fast: Smaller budgets mean fewer approvals, so test content, imagery, and small product quantities on platforms like Amazon using Seller Central tools. Learning fast is a moral booster! 3?. Leverage AI: Use AI tools to scale creative output, inspire your team, and save resources. AI is not perfect, so a creative human is needed to guide the tool. 4?. Celebrate every win: Every milestone matters. Highlight great content, successful tests, and customer feedback to keep morale high and momentum strong.

Keep the team focus and make clear to everyone the product priorities and the roadmap, this will allow to materialize every small win. Giving a sense of progress will play a big role in these situations. Important: if you’re leading such team, keep yourself aware about the team limits. If the team is small they need to know you understand it and trust you to keep a reasonable plan and the right level of “push”.

Product launches with limited resources is high stress, high stake situations. I support the team by 1. Review the team's deliverables to ensure all tasks are critical and necessary 2. listen to their concerns and provide help needed 3. ensure hand-offs between functions are executed in a timely and clean manner.

Performance of any project and timeline is all about having a motivated and capable team and looking after them well. Listen to their concerns , support them , encourage them and celebrate key team and project milestones. Muck in and work with them which will also help team spirit. It’s not rocket science , it’s about people and their interactions and feelings .
