to get honest and true feedback from the customer in an agribusiness following are very important - quality of products, shelf life of commodity, packaging quality, timely availability, size of packaging as per need of the large number of customer, effective and functional problem redressal system. Apart from this after successful launch of the agribusiness, I would like to get answer on following from the customers: 1. What you like in our product? 2. Was it meeting your requirements? 3. What improvements you suggest to ensure the quality of our product? 4. How is the quality in terms of size of grain, taste, color, fragrance etc. 5. Check brand visibility of our business.
