Always seeking and accepting feed backs from the senior designers. Its is most important to evaluate yourself and change the game plan. Initial stages I have working in vector software like InDesign and illustrator and I am facing challenges while doing work about pixels format designs like PSD files and less knowledge about pixels, resolutions, image extraction everything and one of my mentor told me that graphic designers should work all verticals and you have facing while work on PSD, so pls learn and play by using Photoshop. On that day I realized my improvement areas and working on that. So always welcome feedbacks.
