Balancing work and well-being in a fast-paced world is about working towards progress over perfection. It’s also about priorities. I like to start my day by carving out essentials like exercise (gym or PT sessions) and short mental resets to stay grounded and energised. Clear boundaries are key, so I focus on high-impact tasks and TRY and let go of non-essentials. Taking those brief breaks outside or just stepping away from my desk helps recharge my mind. Staying connected to a bigger purpose keeps me motivated and reminds me that both my career and health deserve my best. Remember, progress beats perfection every day!

I think the most important strategy is to be goal-oriented (and not task oriented). In today’s world, we often associate busyness with productivity. But these can be opposites. The best thing we can do is establish 2-3 daily goals and once we complete them, we stop working - so that we can spend more time with loved ones and recharge for the next day.

Selon mon experience, il est important de se reserver du temps pour soi... Ma technique: me lever 30 minutes avant que la famille se reveille et etre la personne responsable de la derniere promenade du chien le soir, me permet retrouver dans mes pensees. De cette facon, je consacre 1 heure par jour en pensant a moi uniquement, ce qui me permet de m'occuper de toute le monde et du travail pour toutes les autres heures qui restent!

Schlaf regeneriert den K?rper und kl?rt den Geist, w?hrend gesunde Ern?hrung Energie und Wohlbefinden f?rdert. Bewegung gleicht den stressigen Alltag aus und gibt mir Kraft. Trotz meiner intensiven 60-Stunden-Woche finde ich in diesen drei Bereichen Stabilit?t und Energie – sie sind mein Fundament für langfristigen Erfolg und Zufriedenheit.
