So how I do this would be - Understand what will have the biggest impact- and prioritize them using MOSCOW Framework. 1) Must solve - Most impactful - these needs will have the biggest impact - for the best or for the worst. Solves the main pain points etc. 2) Should solve - These needs are in priority as well. They improve user experience. One way to check this is to pay attention to what slightly annoys or confuses your users in interviews. 3) Could solve - These also stand out, but they haven't made it to the top 2. If resources allow, you can focus on them. It's quite tempting to put everything in the first two, so this category is helpful to take all the needs that are not top priority. 4) Would solve - in the next round.

It's always a mix between the devices that are most used, complexity, the stakeholders view and the value those features bring as UX and implicitly as revenue.

Being that, in Europe, Accessibility regulations will be mandatory beginning next year for all software solutions; and for all the other good reasons of helping mankind evolve and give access to everyone, any design concept should begin with Accessibility in mind.

For good design, we need to consider its accessibility. The more accessible the design, the more people it can reach. Thinking about accessibility means making sure more people can use your product and have their pain points addressed.
