Handling stakeholder input and tight project deadlines can be difficult, I understand, but it’s essential for a good UX outcome. Right? How would I manage? To manage this, I start by clearly communicating with all stakeholders. I make sure I understand their needs and concerns early on, which helps me set "Realistic Goals". When facing tight deadlines, good time management is the key. Note that. Break the project into smaller tasks and set deadlines for each task to stay on track. I focus on finishing the most important features first, so we still deliver something valuable even if time is short ;)
