One thing I found helpful is every week to set aside time Friday afternoon to plan the for the following week and prioritize. I prioritize the deals that are going to close this quarter as well as make time for prospecting so that my pipeline will not dry out. Any internal meetings that I’m invited to, I ask questions related to how is this going to help us close deals and meet our targets? And if they are not, I excuse myself. For administrative task, I usually work on them when my clients are not awake due to time zone differences, or after hours. My goal is during the working hours when my client is at work that I am working with them, reaching out to them, and trying to close deals.
