I start by preparing a to-do list for the day and blocking specific time slots on my calendar for each task. Whenever possible, I delegate tasks that can be handled by others. If any task seems unreasonable or unrealistic, I proactively communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and adjust priorities

I set aside uninterrupted time for deep work, like writing reports or articles, while handling quick tasks like calls or approvals in between. Review your priority list regularly.

Multiple urgent tasks requires according high, medium and low priorities. Detailed timeline based action plan for every task assumes importance. Detailed planning with time and resource allocation will be the most significant parameter to ensure that no aspect is missed out. A dashboard/ progress board to monitor various tasks will be essential. Developing a systematic approach by a periodic feedback/ update method will always result in a winning factor. Task Analysis/ Assessment - What is the task? - What does it involve? - What are available resources? - What is deadline for completion? Clarity of executional thoughts and ample trust and confidence in operating teams will go a long way in working without any panic buttons.
