- Set focus hours or practice calendar blocking to give yourself time to work on priority tasks without distraction. - Accept what you cannot control to minimize frustrations caused by not being able to solve everything or feelings of guilt regarding the changes that are happening.

Each day begins & ends with a thorough review of my schedule for the next 2 weeks. This keeps my tasks & priorities in clear view. As change is inevitable, I schedule time during the week to reassess & reprioritize tasks or meetings. Equally important is allocating time for rejuvenation (e.g. exercise or family activities) & strictly holding onto these. I've learned that back-to-back meetings are mentally, physically & often spiritually exhausting. I perform at my best when I take short, healthy breaks, even if it means extending my work hours slightly to avoid constantly playing catch-up. Proactive planning, transparent communication about how I work & being adaptable all contribute significantly to my ability to stay focused & productive.

Focus on what you can control, not what’s uncertain, and avoid getting overwhelmed by big-picture stress. Keep communicating with your team or colleagues to stay aligned, and don’t forget to take care of yourself-rest and downtime are essential for keeping your mind sharp.

Be in the PRESENT 3. Avoid reacting immediately to the event 4. Being mindfulness & practicing meditation regularly to maintain mind peace Supportive communication and validating communication is helpful includes active listening,intent full listening, listen first to understand, asking clarify question, understand other people point of view, being #nonjudgemental ,by being descriptive, use of words, authority accountability autonomy altruism reciprocity Validity communication involves affirmating conjunctive accepting & clarifying flexibility
