If you want to write for peanuts, You must share your hottest takes. Because feeding the AI, Is what obsolescence makes. It's not that the AI is better, It merely copies to the letter! While that's enough for some, It's not enough for many. There are some who crave creativity, Not endless AI depravity.

To manage multiple audiences under tight deadlines, I prioritize by segmenting each audience’s needs and tailoring messages accordingly. For example, if I’m writing for both teens and professionals, I adjust the tone and focus of the content while reusing core messaging where possible. I also batch similar tasks, like research or drafting, to save time and ensure consistency. Finally, I set strict deadlines for each stage of the process, leaving buffer time for review and edits. This way, I can stay efficient without compromising quality.

I stay focused on understanding each audience’s needs clearly, so I can tailor the messaging without wasting time on unnecessary revisions. Managing my time well means prioritizing the most important aspects of each piece and delivering content that connects with each group efficiently.

Notion sheets. (Because we hate Excel.) Create a main project page. Add subpages for the different audiences with everything we know about them and key messages. On each subpage do a table with the deliverables, deadlines, key messages, versions. Create a Master table for all the Audiences with materials required and dates they're needed. Do table views and calendar views. Create a toggle list where you drag all the tables so you can make them pretty with different colours because you can't colour tables on Notion. Work on everything based on when they're needed (You'll see it all on calendar view) Repeat for every brand that has multiple audiences.
