Prioritize, pick and perform.. 3 P’s Multiple tasks - attach priority to every task on the basis of value add, who has asked and timelines Pick things on the basis of highest priority, deadlines, ease of doing and tasks that demand time to have a mix Perform - once above is decided, remain organised hence monitor status, take important breaks as it recharges and takes the pressure off..

I believe that we should classify our tasks into 4 categories using urgent vs important matrix. Classifications could be: 1- Urgent but not important 2- Not Urgent but important 3- Important but not urgent 4- Not important but urgent This helps alot in day to day tasks and get things done. And remember, if you are planning to complete your tasks, you are already half way there ??

To stay focused under time pressure while troubleshooting, prioritize tasks by urgency and complexity. Break larger problems into smaller, manageable steps, tackling one issue at a time to avoid overwhelm. Use checklists or a task management tool to keep track of progress. Stay calm and maintain a solution-oriented mindset, avoiding the tendency to rush through decisions. Take short breaks if possible to reset your focus, and communicate clearly with any team members to ensure collaboration and clarity of direction.
