To manage multiple deadlines in mechanical engineering, I rely on a priority matrix to systematically prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact. The matrix helps categorize tasks into four quadrants: Urgent & High Impact (top priority), Urgent & Low Impact (address quickly but less critical), Not Urgent & High Impact (focus on for long-term success), and Not Urgent & Low Impact (low priority). This visual tool allows me to allocate resources effectively, ensuring critical tasks are completed first while maintaining a balanced workflow. It enhances decision-making and helps ensure smooth project delivery without compromising quality or safety.

I am solving this problem with my story. Assume here that I am guiding two B.Tech. projects, 5 M.Tech. projects and two research scholars are being guided by me. I will give first priority to B.Tech. students as they are having limited time and they should do well so that they can go abroad to make their career more bright. Then comes the M.Tech. students so they also need more suggestions. I will give them one hour each in a week. I will be giving the B.Tech. students 4 hours in a week or if my time permits, I can give them 8 hours in a week in order to do a better work. I will be giving two hours in 15 days to research scholars as all of them may not need close guidance. Guidance from remote is also possible if the student is sincere.
