The only way to keep abreast of the situation is to have an awesome plan and modus operandi. Something that is concise and clear that helps you each time you come back to it. Keeps goals clear and tangible. I had created a synopsis of each project and charted out a schedule that kept me clear headed of the task at hand. I knew exactly what the client required and what my goal for each was. I had sorted things out with the help of dailies and frequent meet ups with the leads. It kept things clear and straight forward.

Finite assets are a hurdle I've run into on just about every 3D production I've participated in. I recommend making your Episode Asset Breakdowns a meeting where you include your directors and maybe even your story editor. The goal is to maximize asset reuse. If a character wears a flight attendant hat in one episode and we know there's a Robin Hood episode coming up, stick a feather in that cap and Bob's your uncle! Two assets for the price of one!
