Stakeholders need to see the benefit for the business of the new tool. The presentation of the new tool needs to be fine-tuned to cover exact benefits, preferably with the numbers and graphs and should be written in the common business language, not a technical language. For example, if new tool allows to decrease a downtime of the system, I would put the % of this decrease in time and savings for the company in money and to add non-tengible benefits like less interruptions in the transactions -> less time spent to fixing it.

To show the benefits of new tools, focus on how they solve current problems and make work easier. Use simple examples, show a quick demo, and explain how it saves time or reduces costs. Make it relevant to what matters most to the stakeholders, and encourage their feedback. This way, they can see the value firsthand.

"Ask stakeholders about any problems they are facing, then present an actual solution using the tools that can assist them, so they can see the benefits firsthand. Alternatively, showcase the tools and highlight their capabilities that can benefit the stakeholders." This approach ensures direct engagement with stakeholders by addressing their specific needs and demonstrating how the tools can provide tangible solutions.
