While doing all of that, remain confident but not boorish and brash... Be respectful...
The idea is, you need to sell yourself to the company. There is no better time to brag about your past successes. "In my previous role at Company ABC, I saw to a 23% growth in revenue by implementing DEF over the course of 3 years. Having done GHI research on your company, I expect that I can accomplish similar results over the next 4 years". Simple sentences. Be confident.

Being a Bridge! Study beforehand and ask during the interview what the current situation of the company is; questions like: Could you share why they are opening this position? With this in mind, it's easier to create good Storytelling, building a "Bridge", based on the requirements of the occupation. Establish the Current Moment of the Company and its Added Value, see how the company is doing, and point out how your activity will contribute to an even more valuable future.
Your answer should be confident and concise, not arrogant or long-winded. Use positive and assertive language, such as "I can", "I have", or "I will", rather than "I think", "I hope", or "I might". Avoid rambling, repeating, or apologizing for your answer. Keep your answer focused and clear, using bullet points or a simple structure, such as "I have three reasons why you should hire me". Practice your answer beforehand, using a timer or a friend to help you refine and polish it.

Step back from the flat and direct answers. Give them something they can think about, for instance, when I know I did not do as stellar as I should have, and I did want/need that job, and all the memorized skills can measure up to this: “I don’t care how much you know when I know how much you care.”
