This option is terrible worded. React and Angular are great frameworks, so is Vue.Js as an option. Django on other hand is backend tech and doesnt belong in listing of React and Angular. However it is a great framework, similar to Spring Boot (Java) or .Net for C#( and not just C# , .Net is multilingual). Choosing between these frameworks comes from your financial situation and and tech needs, speed of code and resources available.

In mobile dev is not a type of development I'd go into if I was starting development. It is way more specialized than Web and Desktop industry. Basically if you are starting out, there is mutiple concepts and rules that apply, on top of basis that unites the three. I wouldn't recommend starting with it.

Two of the most important frameworks to learn for desktop development are Electron and Qt. Desktop development is awesome because it is oldest of three disciplines. It has some good cross platform imperative languages working, such as JVM and .Net Core with multiple resources online to help with it. C++ and C are amazing but for someone starting out learning curve would be much greater and as much as it's worth the effort, amount of error from memory leaks and syntax errors will defiantly slow down starting developper.

Mobile Desktop and Web all follow same rules. Focus on it for a good start in it. They all require good design of DBs, they all require UX/UI . Focus on common factors when starting and specialise later when you find your niche
