Great Question: For me, combining mindfulness with business coaching can transform how we approach success. Mindfulness keeps us present, sharpens focus, and reduces stress, while coaching drives clarity and action. Together, they create a foundation where performance thrives without sacrificing well-being. I prefer to guide my clients to align their goals with their values, embrace intentional pauses, and build resilience through awareness. By integrating these methods, you not only achieve more but do so with greater purpose and fulfilment. I believe it’s about growing your business while staying grounded, balanced, and inspired every step of the way. Good luck everyone. Simon

A business coaching session should per se be mindful. Being present and sensitive to the clients needs and values is crucial for success. You as a coach are the role model. Depending on the goal of the coaching you can not only practice but also support to incorporate mindfulness in the clients daily life.

Mindfulness IS the core of business coaching. Too often coaching is simple goal setting, or orientation into historic events. The whole point is studying the present state. If you want change or solutions, the answers are in the NOW, not somewhere else. And you don't have call it "mindfulness", just BE mindful.

In my words, integrating mindfulness into business coaching is like adding sweetener to the sweet. I have personally felt the need and before integrating it into the mainstream business coaching, I'll do the following: >Talk about mindfulness during regular session for some time. >Will make my people realize the importance of it. >With examples, will show the benefits. >Would use previous case-studies and success stories to showcase the power of practicing mindfulness with business coaching. >Slowly, I'll start introducing the concepts of mindfulness into the main curriculum. The other steps would be setting easy mindfulness goals for easy implementation. Once people become familiar and use-to, will incorporate the best ones.

Mindfulness isn’t a method for me, it’s rather a state, an attitude or a decision I take as a Coach … and as a Coachee. As a Business Coach successful and sustainable Strategy and Transformation work isn’t possible without a link to my individual purpose that comes from the bottom of my soul and heart, not from my brain. When we expect others doing a great job, delivering their best performances and achieving extraordinary results we need to invest time, attention and respect to their individual and personal needs and wishes. The rest is methodology …
