The intention of doing something and having an effective project combined with sincere design makes it possible to attract people with similar purposes, therefore, mission, vision, values, and purpose need to be highlighted to attract people. Based on the purpose, it is possible to organize teams and highlight the expected results and impacts. It is prudent to always align and communicate the mission, vision, values, and purposes to the team, including in the feedforward so that people prioritize tasks and can measure their own progress. The academic community must be aware of the advances and values involved in the inseparability of teaching, research, and extension activities.
