In my experience, I have found that using a visual aid or presentation may help to communicate a concept to your supervisor. Many people are visual learners, and they will pick up on more cues than using a simple explanation. A visual aid can help to illustrate a principle, and a presentation can be used to re-enforce or display an idea or course of action.

Recognize your supervisor's goals and expectations and logically do responsibilities and assess your performance,seek the way to help your supervisor obligations,think and do and be a professional that’s the best way to build communication,get feedback and agree and accept your faults and learning from mistakes and try to recover, your body language should be professionally,respect your supervisor,using and utilize active listening skills when communicating,being flexible and understanding their perspectives then share your attitudes to determine cause of conflict to resolution, enhance your adaptation, be nice because communication is a mutual relationships and one side effects on other side.
