I think it's extremely important to engage your audience. Asking questions and garnering feedback, makes people feel seen and heard. While you may be the "expert" on the topic that you are covering, engaging the audience provides learning opportunities and possibly new insights on the topic for future reference. We should strive to learn something from people who come to us, just as they expect to learn something from us.

I love engaging with my audience. I ask them questions and then tell them intriguing stories from my life. Most of them can connect with what I say since my stories are mostly life transformational and are very relatable to people who wish to lead from the front.
