This is not an easy-to-answer question, but if I were to start to try to answer this without knowing the circumstances I'd start with the following: 1) Have you completed a thorough "buyer persona" analysis 2) Does your content distribute itself via "Exact" and "Ambiguous" schemes? 3) Exact = Alphabetical, Chronological or Geographic 4) Ambiguous = Audience Specific, Hybrid, Metaphor, Task -Oriented, and Topical. 5) Sticking to the "7+/- content areas per page If you do not get all your ducks in a row with the above you won't have a successful website communication result.
